Arrive Launceston (most flights arrive in the evening). Note: all flights at own expense. Dinner at Quamby – casual two-course dinner with wine included.
10am-4 pm: Tour – Kim Seagram, co-owner of the acclaimed Stillwater restaurant hosts a tour of the Tamar vineyards, with a focus on sparkling wine.
Lunch Pipers Brook Vineyard, home of Ninth Island Wines and attached restaurant Daniel Alps at Strathlynn
Dinner Transfer to Stillwater in the evening for pinot-themed dinner in the wine cellar at Stillwater including wine.
9am–1pm : Tour – Half day “hunter and gatherer” tour of the local produce suppliers including, Christmas Hills Raspberry Farm, 41 Degrees South fish farm, Ashgrove Farm Cheese and Elgaar organic dairy farm.
1.30 -3.30pm: Lunch – Quamby Room on the Estate.
Drop off at airports can be arranged from 4.15 pm for early evening flights.
